Rick. I could not agree more. Lead conversion is absolutely critical to making money on the internet. If you can not lead someone down a path that ends in a sale you are just wasting time and money. Thank you for the knowledge!

Rick, what you say is so true about building and developing relationships! I have been involved in network marketing a long time, and can say with great confidence that the people I have spoken with on the phone are the ones who generally sign up, or at the very least become more interested in my product or service, FAR more than those I just email with.

Thanks for the great reminder! Great video! Well done!

Rick, I am a firm believer in building relationships with those I do business with. From firsthand experience, I can backup exactly what you say in your video…speaking to prospects on the phone without a doubt increases conversions! It’s a skill all entrepreneurs should strive to master!

    Hey Rick,

Thanks for sharing this with us. Knowing how to convert your leads is critical to success in this business. I constantly hear… The money is in the follow-up and at the same time I hear… I suck at follow-up. I guess that means that not too many people are making money! It is right in front of them…

    Make it a great day!
    God Bless,

    Hey Rick,

You are right on about focusing more time on people to lower the attrition rate in your business. Relationships are key that help build a strong foundation! I look forward to connecting and networking with you further ~ ie.. building our relationship ;)

So true Scott, making a good income always means a win for the person you're helping.

  • http://ricksalasblog.com Rick Salas

That's correct Lorri. So many people think that becoming successful is just a numbers game. People you build relationships with are always getting valuable information for their business and good customer service to secure your customer base.

  • http://ricksalasblog.com Rick Salas

Right Eddie, without connecting on the phone they cant establish that trust. Without trust it's more than likely they will go find somebody else that they trust and connect with.

So true Edward. I am still getting better at this myself. If you're continually following up with people and shown an interest you'll expand on that relationship and limit refunds.

  • http://ricksalasblog.com Rick Salas

Yes Howie. The foundation of a business is refocusing your attention back on that customer base to maintain it. A happy customer base is good for everyone involved. A good training and coaching program is powerful for any business.
